Erasmus+ cooperation with the University of Jaén from Spain

By the end of May, 2016, International University of Sarajevo signed Erasmus+ agreement with University of Jaen from Spain. Two universities have signed cooperation for exchange of 5 students and 10 administrative and academic staff. Cooperation relates to the field of electrical engineering, information technology, industrial engineering, management and public administration, psychology, international relations and political science.

University of Jaen is a public university on which currently around 17.000 students is studying. Beside the main campus, Campus Lagunillas which is located in the city of Jaen, University has two additional campuses in cities Linares and Úbeda.

City of Jaen is located in Andalusia, in the south of Spain. Some historians see it as one of the oldest cities in Europe. It is well known as the biggest olive oil producer. City is also administrative, cultural, and industry center of namesake province of Jane, which is located near Granada and Cordoba.
